Sue Dittrich, Executive Assistant and Operations Manager
Sue graduated from Champlain College with a degree in accounting, followed by a continuing business education certificate from the University of Vermont and a medical terminology certificate from Anoka Technical College. Sue has a wide range of business, marketing and client service experience and uses that knowledge to ensure RWA's process and procedures benefit our clients in the most positive way and keeps our operations as efficient as possible. She has two children Chase and Paige.

Erik Aspelin, Manager, Financial Planning and Portfolio Management, CFP
Erik is responsible for financial planning, portfolio management, investment operations and compliance support for RWA. Erik is a Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Professional Geologist. Erik received his B.S. in Geology from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO and his Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM.Erik previously worked as a geologist in the environmental consulting industry and as a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors in Albuquerque and Colorado Springs. He is currently serving as a personal financial counselor assisting our active-duty military. Erik has been married to his wife Karen, who is a transportation engineer, for 20 years and they have two children, Klara (17) and Neil (14).
Ellis "Bud" Rainsberger, President
Bud is a graduate of Kansas State University where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Bud played strong safety for the Wildcats. A frequent lecturer to civic and professional groups nationwide, he has appeared as a financial commentator on television news interviews for NBC and CBS affiliates and quoted for articles in USA Today, The Dow Jones Investment Advisor and The Wall Street Journal. Bud started his financial career for A.G. Becker, the predecessor to SEI in 1980, and opened RWA in 1990. Bud has been married to his wife Lisa for 22 years. He has four children; Katie a college Sophmore, Ian high-school Sophmore, Chris who lives in Minnesota and Meghan who lives in Kansas with her husband and Bud’s grandchildren.
Mindy Sutton, Chief Operating Officer, MBA, J.D.
Mindy is responsible for operations, marketing, compliance and financial planning. Mindy is a licensed Colorado attorney, admitted to the bar in 2004 after graduating from the University of Denver, College of Law. She received her MBA in 2007 from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where she focused on Marketing and Management. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree and graduated with honors from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, Mich.). Mindy previously served as the Manager, Marketing and Licensing for USA Hockey and the Executive Director, Expansion for Mountain Springs Church. She is currently a part-time Faculty for the University of Phoenix teaching classes in the areas of business, marketing and communications. She is also a basketball and volleyball coach for her daughter's Jr. High teams. Mindy and her husband Rob have three children, Elana (13), Jaiden (8) and Liam (3).
Lisa Cullity, Manager Client Services
Lisa graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Agriculture Economics. Lisa is responsible for all of the firm’s client servicing, administration and operations. Lisa has as an extensive financial background with over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation for H&R Block. She also has an impressive resume of customer service and operations management including establishing and managing a turn-of-the-century New England style general store: The Olde Village General Store and Trading Company. Lisa has three children and is a grandmother to twin boys. Her daughter Bethany is a junior in college, son Ian, daughter Breanna and son-in-law Aaron.
